Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Content Moderators for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.

In this position, you will support a leading social media platform by reviewing online content and ensuring it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and positive digital environment for users worldwide.


Your Role

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, ads) in line with platform policies
  • Evaluate content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards
  • Identify and take action on inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content
  • Handle sensitive or potentially disturbing material in a professional manner
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and productivity in content review tasks
  • Follow internal procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex cases when necessary

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, or BPO environments is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions
  • Good judgment and ability to apply policies consistently
  • Comfortable working with sensitive content
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible mindset

  • Full-time, on-site position in Sofia (no remote or hybrid option)
  • Rotational shifts (24/7 operations), 4 days on / 2 days off rotation schedule 09:00 – 18:00 / 11:00 – 20:00 / 12:00 – 21:00 / 16:00 – 01:00 / 23:30 – 07:30
