Workster is partnering with a global customer service provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Advisors for a leading international e-commerce and tech project. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company supporting end-users across various digital and retail platforms.


Your Role

  • Handle incoming calls and chats in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Assess customer needs and provide accurate, timely information using the correct tools and procedures
  • Build long-lasting relationships through open and trust-based communication
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and manage customer accounts
  • Follow established communication guidelines and quality standards
  • Achieve team and personal service performance targets

Your Qualifications

  • Native or near-native level of German (C2)
  • Good English communication skills (B1+)
  • Strong active listening and phone handling skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt to different customer types, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to work with internal systems
  • Minimum high school diploma
