Workster is partnering with a global customer service provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Advisors for a leading international e-commerce and tech project. Your Role
- Handle incoming calls and chats in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate, timely information using the correct tools and procedures
- Build long-lasting relationships through open and trust-based communication
- Keep detailed records of interactions and manage customer accounts
- Follow established communication guidelines and quality standards
- Achieve team and personal service performance targets
Your Qualifications
- Native or near-native level of German (C2)
- Good English communication skills (B1+)
- Strong active listening and phone handling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt to different customer types, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to work with internal systems
- Minimum high school diploma
