Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience to recruit French-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a project focused on innovative tech gadgets and social media platforms. Based on-site in Porto, this role is ideal for service-oriented individuals who enjoy solving customer issues and working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.
Your Role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with clarity and professionalism
- Support users with technical questions, troubleshooting, and product-related issues
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex cases when needed
- Maintain service quality by meeting SLAs, accuracy, and communication standards
- Participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Adapt to evolving tools and procedures in a fast-paced digital environment
Your Qualifications
- Native or near-native French (C2) and English at B2 level
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to handle multiple chats/tickets
- Experience in tech support, social media, or digital advertising is an asset
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex product inquiries
- Strong adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail
- Minimum availability for a 6-month contract, with shift flexibility
- Willing to work rotative shifts (including weekends)
