Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for a prestigious hospitality project in Málaga. This role focuses on inbound customer support and reservations management for hotel guests across the DACH region.

We are looking for someone who combines excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from German-speaking customers and assist with inquiries related to hotel bookings and services
  • Confirm reservations, handle booking modifications, and provide information on room availability, amenities, and policies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Apply sales techniques where appropriate to close bookings and promote additional services
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex cases when needed, following company protocols
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the brand’s hotel offerings, promotions, and terms

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in German, with excellent communication skills
  • English fluency (B2/C1) – both verbal and written
  • Available to start on April 11, 2025
  • Valid European passport or NIE, NAF number, and Spanish bank account
  • Previous experience in customer service or reservations is preferred
  • Commercial mindset and ability to handle objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, between 08:00 and 22:00
