Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an exciting international project. Your Role
- Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve incidents requiring advanced technical knowledge and product-specific expertise.
- Support users with connectivity and product-related issues, particularly related to audio and multimedia products.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of applications and tools specific to end-users.
- Proactively keep customers updated on the status and progress of their requests.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Your Qualifications
- Proficient or bilingual German and advanced English.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in technical support.
- Strong IT knowledge in areas such as signal path connectivity, wireless networking, live music, and audiovisual products.
- Proficient in both Windows and Mac environments.
- Excellent customer care skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Good communication, teamwork, flexibility, and stress resilience.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
The Offer
- Full-time contract (39h/week), Monday–Friday, rotating schedule between 09:00–20:00.
