Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit a Customer Service Representative with Norwegian for a digital banking project in Málaga, Spain. Your Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Provide clear information and ensure customers feel secure and well supported.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with banking standards.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual Norwegian and advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, listening, and writing skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in banking, invoicing, or collections (not mandatory — full training will be provided).
  • Open, positive mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured environment, following procedures while delivering excellent service.
