Workster is proud to partner with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading, currently looking to hire a Customer Success Team Leader to join their growing team in Limassol.
Your Role
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members
- Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance service delivery
- Deliver regular reports to senior management, outlining team performance and areas for growth
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
Your qualifications
- Workster is a great match if you:
- Are a native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication
- Have a degree in Business or a related field
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within Customer Service
- Have strong team management and coaching skills
- Are confident using CRM tools and measuring team KPIs
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have a customer-first mindset and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of the financial services or trading industry is a plus
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage
