Workster is proud to partner with a multinational financial services company specialising in online trading, currently looking to hire a Customer Success Team Leader to join their growing team in Limassol.

Your Role

  • Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members
  • Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Deliver regular reports to senior management, outlining team performance and areas for growth
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards

Your qualifications

  • Workster is a great match if you:
  • Are a native or fluent English speaker (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Have a degree in Business or a related field
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within Customer Service
  • Have strong team management and coaching skills
  • Are confident using CRM tools and measuring team KPIs
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Have a customer-first mindset and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Knowledge of the financial services or trading industry is a plus
  • Additional language skills are considered an advantage
