Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience provider to recruit a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a global travel accommodation platform. In this role, you will support users throughout their reservation journey, ensuring exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient support to a global customer base
- Be the first point of contact for user issues via phone, email, chat, or messages
- Handle inquiries regarding ongoing reservations with professionalism and empathy
- Respond promptly and thoughtfully, customizing responses as needed
- Escalate issues appropriately while managing concurrent tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns using available tools and knowledge base
- Arbitrate between users when necessary
- Meet performance goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00–03:00)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Valid right to work in Portugal (or willingness to relocate with assistance)
The Offer
- Full-time position (40 hours/week) with 30-day probation period
