Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience provider to recruit a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a global travel accommodation platform. In this role, you will support users throughout their reservation journey, ensuring exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and efficient support to a global customer base
  • Be the first point of contact for user issues via phone, email, chat, or messages
  • Handle inquiries regarding ongoing reservations with professionalism and empathy
  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully, customizing responses as needed
  • Escalate issues appropriately while managing concurrent tasks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns using available tools and knowledge base
  • Arbitrate between users when necessary
  • Meet performance goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 07:00–03:00)
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Valid right to work in Portugal (or willingness to relocate with assistance)
