Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Agents for a financial services project in Malaga. Your Role
- Handle incoming calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%), providing assistance to clients with credit card issues or transaction-related queries.
- Offer accurate, timely support to resolve customer incidents and ensure a positive client experience.
- Process and monitor customer cases, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and efficiency in every customer interaction.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1) and good level of English.
- Previous experience in customer support, financial services, or call center environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a structured environment.
- Availability to work on-site in Malaga.
