Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Agents for a financial services project in Malaga. Your Role

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%), providing assistance to clients with credit card issues or transaction-related queries.
  • Offer accurate, timely support to resolve customer incidents and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Process and monitor customer cases, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in every customer interaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1) and good level of English.
  • Previous experience in customer support, financial services, or call center environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a structured environment.
  • Availability to work on-site in Malaga.
