Workster is partnering with a leading global drone technology company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon office.

In this role, you will provide technical support and customer assistance for a global leader in drone technology. You will handle inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance, ensuring customers have a seamless experience using drones, accessories, and software solutions.

Your Role

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses
  • Offer detailed product information, including features, specifications, and troubleshooting guidance
  • Assist customers with drone setup, software updates, and technical troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to drones, remote controllers, and accessories
  • Manage orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth processing
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and product updates
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting service quality standards
  • Gather customer feedback and report insights for product and service improvement

Your Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or e-commerce is a plus
  • Passion for drone technology and innovation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies
  • Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon

The Offer

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week) – Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
