Workster is partnering with a leading global drone technology company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Lisbon office.
In this role, you will provide technical support and customer assistance for a global leader in drone technology. You will handle inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance, ensuring customers have a seamless experience using drones, accessories, and software solutions.

Your Role
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely responses
- Offer detailed product information, including features, specifications, and troubleshooting guidance
- Assist customers with drone setup, software updates, and technical troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to drones, remote controllers, and accessories
- Manage orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth processing
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders and product updates
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting service quality standards
- Gather customer feedback and report insights for product and service improvement
Your Requirements
- Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or e-commerce is a plus
- Passion for drone technology and innovation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies
- Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon

The Offer
- Full-time position (40 hours/week) – Monday to Sunday, 07:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
