Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Representative to support customers of a leading e-commerce platform.

In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently. You will play a crucial role in customer retention, complaint resolution, and order management, while also contributing to process improvements.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Romania, with the opportunity to relocate to Slovenia for a temporary work period after 6 months (with management approval).

Your Role

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions and product information
  • Manage customer orders and ensure accurate processing
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards and contribute to customer retention
  • Accurately record and track customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution
  • Identify process improvements and proactively suggest optimizations
  • Maintain and update the customer database with activity logs
  • Report frequent customer issues to the support team for further escalation

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Slovenian (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic in approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong numerical and reasoning skills
  • Previous customer support or e-commerce experience is a plus
