Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a technology-focused project in Barcelona. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.
Your Role
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries related to technical issues, product information, and account management.
- Manage and resolve incidents by identifying problems, applying solutions, or escalating when necessary.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer journey by actively listening and tailoring responses to customer needs.
- Accurately document all cases in the system and follow up until resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes.
Your Qualifications
- Native Dutch speaker with at least B2/C1 level English.
- Based in Barcelona (mandatory).
- Interest in technology or electricity (previous technical support experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work on-site during training; hybrid option available after 6 months based on performance.
The Offer
- Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week).
- Standard service hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
