Your Responsibilities:

  • Content Evaluation: Analyze and review social media, web pages, and advertising content in accordance with platform policies.
  • Policy Compliance: Identify and flag content that violates Google policies, with a primary focus on hate speech, harassment, and other sensitive topics.
  • Content Categorization: Review and label news articles, forums, blogs, videos, and text-based content, ensuring compliance with advertising standards.
  • Escalation Management: Identify and report potential violations, escalating cases as needed.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all reviews.
  • Workflow Balance: Prioritize daily tasks based on client needs and content urgency.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams, participate in client meetings, and provide insights to improve the content review process.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Czech and proficient in English.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify violations and categorize content effectively.
  • Adaptability & Learning Agility: Ability to learn new policies and adjust to changes quickly.
  • Comfort with Sensitive Content: Ability to review challenging material, including graphic, discriminatory, or disturbing topics.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to maintain high productivity.

The Offer:

  • Stable Work Contract: Full-time, 40 hours/week with a rotational shift schedule (Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
