Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Danish-speaking Account Manager for their Malaga office.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating new opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and hotels in the hospitality industry. You will work with a CRM system to track performance and drive sales, all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site position, offering an opportunity to work in an international and dynamic team environment.

Your Role

  • Use CRM tools to contact, qualify accounts, and generate business opportunities
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs are met, focusing on calls, revenue, and client engagement
  • Keep CRM records updated, maintaining high standards in data management
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with client accounts
  • Participate in sales activities (campaigns, industry focus, hotel-specific outreach)
  • Qualify and follow up on opportunities related to meetings, events, and group accommodations
  • Adopt an upselling approach when engaging with clients
  • Provide discount solutions based on client needs and track usage
  • Offer alternative hotel solutions when preferred options are unavailable
  • Assist with business travel and individual travel queries when required
  • Work with external databases and other platforms when necessary

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Danish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Background in sales or customer account management
  • Experience in hospitality is an advantage but not required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus but not mandatory
