Workster is partnering with a global leader in the hospitality industry to hire a passionate Account Manager in Malaga, Spain. Your Role

  • Use CRM to contact and qualify accounts, generating new business opportunities.
  • Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as activity, performance, revenue generation, and confirmed accounts.
  • Ensure accurate updates and communication through CRM.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients, ensuring open lines of communication and satisfaction.
  • Participate in targeted sales activities, including call storms and industry/hotel focus initiatives.
  • Ensure all client opportunities are qualified and pursued, including meetings, events, and group accommodation.
  • Approach clients with upselling strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Provide chain-wide discounts based on client needs and track usage.
  • Offer alternatives when hotels are unavailable, ensuring smooth client experiences.
  • Assist with business and individual travel queries when necessary.
  • Work on external lists and platforms as directed.

Your Qualifications

  • Bilingual or proficient in Danish and has an advanced level of English.
  • Possesse excellent organization and communication skills.
  • A positive, solution-oriented work attitude.
  • Proficient in using office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Prior sales experience and experience in hospitality (this is beneficial but not mandatory).
  • Experience using CRMs (this is also a plus).
  • Values of commitment, unity, integrity, recognition, and creating a WOW customer experience.
