Workster collaborates with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisors to join their offices in Barcelona and support a worldwide giant of the audio equipment industry.
Your Role
- Support customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
- Constantly brainstorm with your colleagues to improve the Customer Experience Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business
- You will use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field
- Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
- Flagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions
- Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
- Native level Dutch and fluent English
- Customer service is in your DNA and you have at least 1 year experience in the field already
- Good IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music and Audiovisual products
- Excellent communication skills
- You are proactive and solution-oriented
- You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
- A technical background is an advantage
- You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed.
