Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Care Advisors for a payments industry project in Athens, Greece. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international team and deliver premium support to business clients.

Your Role

  • Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments, etc.).
  • Support the onboarding process of new B2B customers.
  • Update and maintain merchants’ information in the database.
  • Ensure premium customer experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work with multiple software tools to manage cases efficiently.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional communication to clients.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or near-native Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1).
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex financial inquiries.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask, meet targets, and work effectively in a team.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
