Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative for their team in Barcelona, Spain (On-site). Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for field Sales Representatives.
- Prospecting: Research and engage potential clients and key decision-makers in targeted industries.
- Sales Outreach: Generate consistent sales leads and schedule meetings to support the sales pipeline.
- Campaign Execution: Successfully carry out telemarketing campaigns focused on various market segments.
- Lead Management: Track and maintain lead information, ensuring seamless follow-up and sales conversion.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or bilingual in Dutch and advanced in English.
- Sales & IT Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products and storage environments.
- Sales Experience: Proven background in telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
- Opportunity Identification: Ability to recognize new business opportunities and convert them into leads.
- Self-Motivation & Work Ethic: Well-organized, punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
