Workster is partnering with Teleperformance Lisbon to recruit passionate Customer Service Representatives for their client in the online advertising and social media industry. This exciting opportunity is for individuals who want to work with one of the world’s leading technology companies and support their customer base in the digital advertising domain.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in growing their online presence. You will provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products, ensuring that clients receive top-tier assistance across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.


Your Role

  • Client Support: Assist SMB clients with advertising account setup, product use, and troubleshooting, ensuring the best experience for every customer.
  • Product and Tool Support: Provide guidance on how to use self-service advertising products, helping customers optimize their online campaigns.
  • Multichannel Communication: Support customers across various channels including phone, email, and chat, providing clear and helpful solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify trends and resolve issues affecting multiple clients, providing valuable feedback and insights.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Share feedback and product insights with the client’s engineering department to improve the service.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and the supported market language, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Oriented: Empathy and a customer-first attitude to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and online advertising platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Shift Flexibility: Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
