Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor for a top-tier financial technology platform that provides online payment solutions for individuals and businesses worldwide.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing seamless assistance across digital channels and helping users resolve payment and account-related issues.

Your Role

  • Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
  • Accurately logging and tracking interactions in the CRM system
  • Troubleshooting payment and account issues related to digital wallet products
  • Offering clear, timely resolutions with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards

Your Qualifications

  • C2-level fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (B2+)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar environments (preferred)
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or internet-based companies is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable using PC-based tools, internet systems, and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote setup
