Your Responsibilities:

  • Content Review & Moderation: Evaluate and process incoming video content requests using specialized online tools.
  • Policy Compliance: Analyze and identify content that violates platform guidelines, flagging it for appropriate action.
  • Quality Assurance: Review reported content within agreed turnaround times, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Privacy & Regulatory Inquiries: Handle complex privacy cases and respond to regulatory inquiries as needed.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with team members to enhance efficiency and improve content moderation processes.
  • Policy Updates: Stay updated on changes to content policies and platform regulations, implementing updates effectively.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Availability: Ability to work on a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends, from the office in Lisbon.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying non-compliant content.
  • Quick Learner & Adaptability: Ability to learn new processes and concepts quickly.
  • Neutral Mindset: Comfortable reviewing content that may include sensitive or explicit material.
