Workster is partnering with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Representative for an exciting project within the travel and car-rental sector in Greece.
In this role, you will support international customers and accommodation partners, ensuring smooth reservations, accurate information, and a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Your Role

  • Manage all incoming contacts from clients with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accommodation partners, handling questions about room modifications, rates, availability, and extranet usage.
  • Use the appropriate tools and processes to ensure the delivery of accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain excellent service levels and ensure a consistently positive experience for partners.

Your Qualifications

  • Native/Fluent Dutch+ Fluent English (B2+), written and spoken.
  • Ability to clearly explain product/service information and apply guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, weekends).
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with MS Office and digital tools.
  • Remote work is available only for candidates already based in Greece. Candidates relocating from abroad will work fully on-site.
