Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their Dutch-speaking Customer Service Team a major worldwide tech company. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues. Document interactions accurately and maintain data accuracy in our system. Adapt to rapid changes and contribute ideas for improvement.

Your Role

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
  • Offer first-class tech support to clients for the brand;
  • Provide customer tech support via phone and email, serving as the client’s first point of contact
  • Conduct initial diagnostics of client problems using the available processes. For more complex issues, escalate to the appropriate department
  • Continuously work on improving client satisfaction by being proactive during diagnostics, such as using YouTube tutorials for additional support
  • Communicate with customers by email or phone to provide product information, follow up on orders, handle minor repairs, and address complaints

Your Qualifications

  • C1 level of Dutch
  • Good English skills (B2)
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
  • previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage
  • good PC skills
  • fast decision-maker, with positive outlook
