We are looking for a German-speaking E-commerce Customer Care Advisor to join their team in Sofia and provide outstanding support across multiple premium product lines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer contacts via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Guide customers to resolve inquiries and offer product and service support
  • Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
  • Process complaints efficiently while striving to improve overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on all brand products and procedures
  • Meet service delivery targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Actively contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in German (C1+), with good command of English (B2)
  • Experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
