We are looking for a German-speaking E-commerce Customer Care Advisor to join their team in Sofia and provide outstanding support across multiple premium product lines.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Guide customers to resolve inquiries and offer product and service support
- Take ownership of customer concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Process complaints efficiently while striving to improve overall customer experience
- Stay updated on all brand products and procedures
- Meet service delivery targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Actively contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Native or fluent in German (C1+), with good command of English (B2)
- Experience in customer support or a client-facing role is preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
