Workster is partnering with a global leader in digital experiences to recruit a German-speaking E-commerce Service & Delivery Advisor for a key client in the short-form video and e-commerce sector. What You Will Do
- Handling inquiries from customers, sellers, and creators via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Identifying the root cause of reported issues and delivering clear, effective resolutions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation using internal knowledge management tools.
- Escalating high-risk or complex cases to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure follow-up on all escalations.
- Monitoring trends in recurring issues and suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with sellers to increase trust and platform engagement.
- Supporting additional business needs and ad-hoc projects as required.
Your Qualifications
- You’re a great match if you:
- Are native or fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2 or above).
- Have prior experience in customer support or contact center environments (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Are comfortable using CRM or helpdesk tools and can learn new platforms quickly.
- Are highly organized, proactive, and a team player.
- Are able to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per the shift schedule.
