Workster is partnering with a fast-growing European e-mobility leader to hire an Operations Manager for its Launch Operations team in Düsseldorf.
This company is transforming how people buy and use e-bikes by sourcing, refurbishing and delivering high-quality electric bikes through a seamless, customer-centric operation.

As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of key parts of the end-to-end operational flow, lead warehouse and bike mechanic teams, and build the processes that allow the business to scale rapidly while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency.

Your Role

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and e-bike mechanics
  • Own and continuously improve major parts of the operational flow
  • Use data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
  • Design and implement processes to improve customer experience and cost efficiency
  • Set up operational tools, dashboards, and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally to support fast growth and market expansion

Your Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Business, MINT, or a similar field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, Consulting, or related roles
  • Fluent German and strong English skills
  • Proven leadership and communication skills in hands-on, operational environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail with a passion for operational excellence
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments
  • Ownership mentality with readiness to take responsibility for complex operations
