Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider to recruit a Bulgarian-speaking Field System Administrator for their Gaming studios in Sofia.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining streaming equipment, diagnosing network and hardware issues, and ensuring system functionality. You will work in a 24/7 operational environment, troubleshooting technical problems and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth system performance.

Your Role

  • Monitor streaming equipment and system logs to ensure operational efficiency
  • Ensure all encoders and devices are fully functional across all tables
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, replacing defective components when needed
  • Coordinate with ISP suppliers in case of internet connection disruptions
  • Maintain detailed records of workstation users, configurations, and permissions
  • Respond promptly to incidents and ensure compliance with SLA requirements
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations

Your Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration or a related role
  • Fluent Bulgarian (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, well-organized, and proactive mindset
    • Experience with: Linux (Ubuntu) – work level
    • Experience with: Windows Domain Infrastructure – AD, Hybrid AD, Policy Management, DNS, DHCP
    • Experience with: Virtualization – VMware
    • Experience with: Basic scripting skills – PowerShell and/or BASH
    • Experience with: LAN/WAN Networking – switching, routing, VPNs, VLAN, WiFi (Cisco, Ubiquiti)
    • Experience with: Server hardware and storage management
