Your Responsibilities:
- Data Labeling: Manually label and classify data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Data Verification: Confirm the integrity of data sets by cross-referencing and validating information.
- Dataset Development: Create specific data sets aimed at assessing and enhancing data quality.
- Relevance Evaluation: Assess results based on relevance and user requirements to ensure data meets project standards.
- Quality Assurance: Review labeled data, making necessary corrections to maintain high-quality standards.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain records of completed tasks and monitor work progress to meet deadlines.
- Consistency Maintenance: Ensure uniformity in data labeling across various projects.
- Process Improvement: Provide suggestions to enhance data labeling practices and workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Issue Analysis: Analyze results to identify issues and propose improvements for data annotation processes.
Your Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Finnish (C2 level) and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Data Annotation Experience: Prior experience in data labeling and classification tasks.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Research Skills: Strong research abilities to understand user intentions and behaviors.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and capacity to follow detailed instructions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis using Excel.
- Transcription Skills: Ability to listen to and transcribe content accurately, encompassing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with areas such as audio, text annotation, speech recognition, or natural language processing.
- Annotation Tools Experience: Experience using annotation tools or platforms is advantageous.
