As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, providing premium assistance across various channels and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Your Role
- Managing customer requests via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information about vehicle models, services, and features
- Offering expert support and roadside assistance when needed
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve service standards
- Promoting a positive customer experience and building brand loyalty
- Supporting clients with empathy, clarity, and expert communication
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in Finnish (C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2 or above)
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in customer service (min. 6 months preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
- Positive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
