Workster is partnering with a global technology and services leader to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Sales Representative for their team in Barcelona, Spain (On-site). Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Sales: Handle inbound queries (calls, emails, chat, and tasks) related to post-sales customer requests.
  • Fast & Effective Responses: Provide quick and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls when necessary, coordinating with customers and internal business units to resolve issues.
  • Sales & Upselling: Generate quotes and follow up with a cross-selling and up-selling approach while maintaining a service-oriented attitude.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio and post-sales processes.
  • Order & Claims Management: Manage post-sales tasks such as order cancellations, claims, refunds, delivery tracking, and escalations, using tools like CRM & Order Status Suite.

Your Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Bilingual or proficient in French and fluent in English.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales.
  • Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques (cross-selling, up-selling, objection handling, etc.).
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong motivation to work in customer service and sales.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic IT skills and a strong interest in technology and IT products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, problem-solving, and customer engagement abilities.
