Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking a Business Developer for their Barcelona office.
Your Role
- Develop a steady stream of sales opportunities for Field Sales Representatives
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers and potential clients within target companies
- Generate leads by qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, tracking appointments, and presenting products and solutions
- Identify and manage sales leads throughout the sales process
- Effectively execute telemarketing campaigns tailored to specific segments and ensure long-term success
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Strong understanding of IT, with a preference for experience in storage environments
- In-depth knowledge of telemarketing and sales techniques
- Experience in outbound sales or similar sales roles.
- Strong track record of identifying new sales opportunities
- Demonstrated transparent and accountable work practices
- Highly organized, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player
