Workster is looking for talented French speakers at a C1 level to join our client’s dynamic customer service team in Greece. Your Responsibilities
- Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
- Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Handle customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines
- Collaborate with other customer experts to resolve open cases
- Maintenance and updating of internal systems
- Exact tasks will be discussed according to the selected work position
Your Qualifications
- Native/fluent in written and spoken French(B2H-C1)
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and stress-resistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
