Workster is partnering with a global technology and services provider in Portugal to recruit professionals for an international digital operations project.

Your Role

  • Provide post-sales customer support to business clients using online advertising tools
  • Assist customers via live chat and email, with outbound calls when needed to clarify solutions
  • Troubleshoot product, account, and tool-related issues
  • Guide customers on best practices to improve their advertising experience
  • Identify recurring issues and trends, escalating insights when appropriate
  • Ensure clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication at all times

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent French (C2 level)
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
  • Interest in digital advertising, online platforms, or technology
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple cases while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or digital services is an advantage
