Workster is partnering with a leading global technology company to recruit a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an exciting hybrid position based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your Role

  • Assist business clients with inquiries related to online advertising tools and campaigns
  • Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat, with a focus on troubleshooting and efficient problem resolution
  • Build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers in the digital marketing space
  • Understand client goals and deliver strategic advice to help them optimize their online presence
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and performance

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level French and good command of English (B2+)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or related fields is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a structured and fast-evolving environment
