Your Tasks

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat) in French
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

Your Qualifications

  • Based anywhere in Greece
  • Excellent level of French (C1) and fluent English (B2)
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
