Your Tasks
- Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat) in French
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience
Your Qualifications
- Based anywhere in Greece
- Excellent level of French (C1) and fluent English (B2)
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude
- Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
