Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer, seller, and creator inquiries with professionalism and efficiency via chat, email, and phone.
  • Identify and resolve root causes of issues, ensuring accurate and timely case resolution.
  • Use internal tools to document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Escalate high-risk or complex issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Promote platform trust and safety by ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with sellers and enhance engagement with the e-commerce platform.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in French (C2) and strong command of English (B2).
  • Previous experience in customer support, sales, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage escalations effectively.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
