Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer, seller, and creator inquiries with professionalism and efficiency via chat, email, and phone.
- Identify and resolve root causes of issues, ensuring accurate and timely case resolution.
- Use internal tools to document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Escalate high-risk or complex issues to appropriate teams in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify trends or recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Promote platform trust and safety by ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with sellers and enhance engagement with the e-commerce platform.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in French (C2) and strong command of English (B2).
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage escalations effectively.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
