Workster is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company providing innovative financial and accounting solutions for small and medium enterprises. We are looking for a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join their dedicated customer support team based in Portugal.

Your Role

  • Respond to customer requests via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
  • Handle third-line technical support and troubleshoot issues unresolved by previous levels
  • Assist users in resolving technical problems related to internal software applications
  • Analyze software-related errors and provide effective solutions
  • Ensure data accuracy in the customer database
  • Suggest improvements based on recurring service issues
  • Follow established protocols and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training activities to enhance your skills
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent level of French and B2+ English
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office, MySQL, Postman, and Slack (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in helpdesk or IT support roles is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with a structured, analytical mindset
  • Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to propose ideas
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

The Offer

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday between 08:00–17:30 (Portugal time)
  • Training program (12 working days), with compensation from day one
  • Hybrid work model: initial in-office onboarding in Porto followed by remote work setup
