Workster is partnering with a global technology services provider to recruit a French-speaking Sales Engineer. In this role, you will act as a technical expert within the sales cycle, supporting business customers with solution design, technical guidance, and value-driven recommendations. Your Role
- Partner closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities.
- Identify key technical objections and develop strategies to overcome technical challenges.
- Architect and design solutions that meet complex business and technical requirements.
- Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including client presentations, technical trainings, bid responses, and solution briefings.
- Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept work, and technical solution design in customer environments.
- Communicate technical value propositions using presentations, demos, documentation, and trial management.
- Assess technical challenges and recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructures.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting advanced trainings for internal teams.
- Coach and mentor team members and contribute to improving internal processes and training materials.
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Good level of English for internal communication.
- Experience in sales engineering, technical consulting, or B2B technical sales.
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, enterprise systems, or complex technical environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
