Workster is collaborating with a major international outsourcing company in Greece to find Customer Service Advisors to strengthen their German-speaking Team in Athens.

Your Role

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers through various channels (phone, email and chat)
  • Provide 2nd level support for the clients
  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

 

Your Qualifications

  • C2 level of German language
  • Passionate about customers and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
