Your Role:
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance, meeting and exceeding quota and revenue targets.
- Outbound SMB Sales: Engage with small and medium business (SMB) clients, focusing on proactive outbound activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continued growth and retention.
- Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and report sales activities, ensuring a structured approach to growth and business development.
- Customer Communication: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
- Proposal Development: Prepare commercial and technical service proposals, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
- CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all client interactions, sales events, and forecasts are properly documented.
Your Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) with advanced English proficiency.
- Previous outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B or SMB sales.
- Target-driven mindset, motivated by achieving KPIs and revenue goals.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
- Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable working in a structured sales environment.
