Your Role:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance, meeting and exceeding quota and revenue targets.
  • Outbound SMB Sales: Engage with small and medium business (SMB) clients, focusing on proactive outbound activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring continued growth and retention.
  • Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and report sales activities, ensuring a structured approach to growth and business development.
  • Customer Communication: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare commercial and technical service proposals, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
  • CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all client interactions, sales events, and forecasts are properly documented.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) with advanced English proficiency.
  • Previous outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B or SMB sales.
  • Target-driven mindset, motivated by achieving KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable working in a structured sales environment.
