Workster is collaborating with the leading German Airline. Together, we’re looking for proactive and customer-focused Air Travel Consultants with German who would like to join the team remotely in Serbia.

Your Role

  • Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
  • Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
  • Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
  • Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers’ enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (B2) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
  • Good computer skills
  • Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
  • Ability to work in shifts, also weekend shifts, in a fast-paced environment
  • A fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 mbps) and a smartphone is necessary
  • Already based in Serbia with ability to be employed without any obstacle
