Workster supports the hiring efforts of a leading airline provider. Together, we’re looking for proactive and customer-focused Air Travel Consultants with German who would like to join the team in Brno, Czech Republic, with potential to be remote from anywhere in the country later on (after the 10 weeks training).

Your Role

  • Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
  • Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
  • Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
  • Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers’ enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (B2H+) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to relocate to Brno, Czech Republic or already residing there for training purposes, after that remote anywhere in CZ if needed
  • Good computer skills
  • Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
  • Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment
  • If you wish to work remotely later, a fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 mbps) and a smartphone is necessary

The Offer

  • Work from home is available in Czech Republic after the 10 weeks training, with a small financial support and occasional sponsored office visits
