Workster is partnering with a German HR IT company specializing in software for automated human resources services.
We are currently seeking German-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialists to join their growing team. This role focuses on helping customers resolve login and software-related issues via phone and email

Your Role

  • Support German-speaking clients by resolving login problems and technical issues related to HR software.
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email, ensuring timely and efficient assistance.
  • Follow internal procedures and provide high-quality service with a customer-first mindset.
  • Escalate more complex issues to relevant internal departments as needed.
  • Work within structured Monday–Friday hours: 08:00 to 21:00 (rotating shifts).

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and strong English communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical aptitude and comfort using support tools and HR-related software.
  • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively.
