Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist for a project in the consumer benefits and incentives sector, supporting users of a meal card solution.
Your Role
- Guide customers through their questions and requests with clear, accurate, and professional communication
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefit solutions
- Present and promote alternative contract options using consultative upselling techniques aligned with customer needs
- Provide complete and correct information using the appropriate tools and processes
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a warm, solution-oriented approach
- Follow internal procedures and compliance standards at all times
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is an advantage
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
- Comfortable working with targets and upselling opportunities
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal systems
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a structured environment
The Offer
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- Working hours between 07:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
