Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a German-Speaking Customer Care Specialist for a project in the consumer benefits and incentives sector, supporting users of a meal card solution.


Your Role

  • Guide customers through their questions and requests with clear, accurate, and professional communication
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefit solutions
  • Present and promote alternative contract options using consultative upselling techniques aligned with customer needs
  • Provide complete and correct information using the appropriate tools and processes
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a warm, solution-oriented approach
  • Follow internal procedures and compliance standards at all times

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or customer support is an advantage
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude
  • Comfortable working with targets and upselling opportunities
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal systems
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work in a structured environment

The Offer

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Working hours between 07:00 and 19:00 (rotational shifts)
  • Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
