Workster partners with a major player in international outsourcing to reinforce their Barcelona Team with German speakers. We are looking for Client Support Advisors with excellent German and English to handle customer inquiries (order queries and technical support) for a giant in the household appliance industry.
Your Role
- Solving Customer Inquiries by phone and email regarding our products
- Clarifying any concerns of issues regarding orders
- Technical support in case of malfunctions of any of our appliances
- Representing the brand in a professional and polite manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through maximum efficiency and workload
Your Role
- Excellent (C1-C2) level of German
- Great English (B2-C1)
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Be based in the wider Barcelona area
- Analytical skills to identify customer needs.
The Offer
- Training: 6 days of training from 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Contract: Permanent, 39 or 30 hours per week.
- Great work Schedule: Monday to Friday. – 39hs: 9AM-6PM / 30hs: 11AM-5PM.
