Your Role

  • Managing incoming calls and back office support
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools
  • Meeting personal and team targets for case handling
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • You will also assist customers in understanding the points-based reward system, where they can exchange their loyalty points for shopping
  • vouchers, convert them into LH Miles&More, or donate them

Your Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in German (C2 in written communication and C1 in voice). English is NOT required for this role
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt to different personalities and characters
  • Strong contact handling skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Good computer literacy, including strong MS Office skills
  • Fast comprehension, multitasking ability, and the capacity to prioritize effectively
  • Teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
