Your Role

  • Management of incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate methods/tools
  • Meeting personal and team targets for case handling
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Your Qualifications

  • Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong written and spoken skills (minimum C2 written, C1 spoken)
  • Proficiency in English (good command required)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bilingual profiles are a plus (with proficiency in any additional languages)
