Your Role
- Management of incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the appropriate methods/tools
- Meeting personal and team targets for case handling
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Your Qualifications
- Native or near-native proficiency in German, with strong written and spoken skills (minimum C2 written, C1 spoken)
- Proficiency in English (good command required)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bilingual profiles are a plus (with proficiency in any additional languages)
