Join an international team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with inquiries related to product features, troubleshooting, e-commerce, software, hardware, and connectivity.

Your Role

  • Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms
  • Handle pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support requests
  • Maintain a consistent and professional tone across all communication channels
  • Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of support tickets
  • Manage your individual ticket queue and adhere to service level expectations
  • Contribute to content quality by reviewing help materials and suggesting improvements

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
  • Based in Lisbon or open to relocating
  • Previous experience in customer service or a BPO setting is a plus
  • Comfortable working with computers and common support platforms
  • Quick problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Flexible availability, including weekends or shift rotations
