Workster supports a leading BPO player in the industry in their pursuit to increase their French-speaking Customer Service Team for the world’s largest search engine.

As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues.

Your Role

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
  • Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
  • Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
  • Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.
  • Review and provide feedback on help content

Your Qualifications

  • C1 level of German
  • Good English skills (B2)
  • Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate
  • previous CS / BPO experience is an advantage
  • good PC skills
  • fast decision-maker, with positive outlook
