Your Role

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Very good English skills for internal communication and training
  • Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
