Workster partners with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a German speaking Sales Conversion Specialists for their Limassol office.

Your Role

  • Engage with incoming high-quality leads and convert them into clients
  • Follow up with new leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Share marketing promotions with leads to inform and attract them to the company`s offerings
  • Provide detailed information about the platform and relevant financial market updates to potential clients
  • Drive client verification and deposits, encouraging leads to complete necessary steps and make their first transactions
  • Promote the brand, fostering trust and awareness to enhance client acquisition

Your Qualifications

  • Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in FX sales is essential for understanding client needs and effectively converting leads into clients
  • Knowledge of financial markets or trading experience is beneficial for providing clients with relevant insights
  • Eligibility to work in Cyprus is required
  • CySec Basic certification is an asset
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to meeting client needs
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in roles focused on client conversion and retention
  • Advanced MS Excel skills will be an advantage for tracking client data and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and address concerns in a proactive and effective manner
